- Does my crew need to create an account?
- No. They get an email with three buttons — Yes, No, Maybe. One click and they're done. No app download, no account, no login.
- How much does Cogit cost?
- Free during early access. A paid plan will be introduced later, but early adopters will get a special rate. Your crew never pays — it's free for them forever.
- Who controls what gets sent to my crew?
- You do — completely. Cogit never sends a single email to your crew without you clicking the button. You choose which crew members to invite, when to send reminders, and what messages go out. Your roster is private to you, and no one on your crew list will ever hear from Cogit unless you initiate it.
- How do I know who's responded?
- Your dashboard shows real-time crew status for every race — who's confirmed, who's a maybe, and who hasn't responded yet. You also get a summary email so you always know where things stand without having to log in.
- Can I invite the same crew to multiple races?
- Yes. Your crew roster is saved. When you create a new race, invite your whole roster or pick specific people. No re-entering names and emails.
- What happens if someone doesn't respond?
- Send a reminder with one click. Cogit tracks who's responded and who hasn't, so you always know where things stand — and you can see it all on your dashboard.
- Can I add or remove crew mid-season?
- Absolutely. Your roster is your own private list. Add new crew or remove old ones anytime. Everyone you add gets the same frictionless email experience.
- What if a race gets cancelled?
- Just delete it from your dashboard. Click the ⋯ menu on any race card and select "Delete Race." If you've already invited crew, Cogit automatically sends them a cancellation email — you can even add a short note to explain why. Simple.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. You manage your races on mobile or desktop. Your crew responds from any device, right in their email inbox.
